We are now seeing increased demand for senior developers, with the ability to take the technical lead on projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement large-scale, robust software solutions that align with business objectives.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Drive technical excellence by continuously staying up-to-date with modern software engineering practices and technologies.
You are curious and eager to share knowledge, helping us refine our best practices.
Who you are
In this role we are looking for someone who want to lead initiatives and guide technical projects from early innovation to stable production. You enjoy collaborating with your team to understand customer needs and implement pragmatic solutions. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
>5 years of experience in software development, preferably 2 years in a technical leading role.
Strong proficiency in software engineering across either .Net, Java or similar tech stack.
Thorough understanding of modern architectural principles and cloud technologies.
History of successfully delivering and maintaining large-scale and robust software solutions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, focusing on delivering tangible value to end users and customers.
Experience with data engineering is a plus.
Experience with multiple tech stacks and technologies is a plus.
