That’s a wrap on 2025!
What a year it’s been. As we look back, we’re incredibly proud of the journey we’ve taken together with all of you - our clients, colleagues and partners.
Some highlights we’re a bit extra proud of:
🎤 Taking the Stage: In addition to sharing our ideas in articles, and in our day-to-day work, we talked at multiple conferences and meet-ups during the year. Most memorable was the FastFlowConf in London this October, where Jónatan and Jessica shared how to build internal developer platforms that meet strict regulatory requirements without sacrificing developer experience or speed. 🛡️ Digital Sovereignty: A big theme for us this year has been helping clients, especially in regulated sectors such as healthcare and defence, navigate the complex landscape of data regulations and digital sovereignty. Building secure, compliant, and sovereign tech stacks has never been more important. At Trice we’ve gained a lot of experience within data management and platforms; we know how to securely implement data platforms that serves both humans and AI. Whether the tech stack is cloud native, based on SaaS solutions, or completely sovereign, powered by open-source components in a private cloud or on-prem setup, we have the expertise to support you.
🤖 Data, AI & Real-World Value: From the GAIA and Gbg Tech Week conferences to our daily work with customers, we’ve loved seeing the conversation shift toward practical applications, bringing real customer value out of data platforms and AI. It’s no longer just about what AI can do, but what it should do for your business. 2025 was the year we helped our clients make the shift from “We need to do something with AI” to strategic and value-driven innovation and delivery. 70% of the effort is change management; it is people and culture rather than models and algorithms that need to adapt and take the leap forward.
✍️ Sharing our Ideas: Our articles and blog posts have covered a variety of different topics this year, reflecting where we’ve put most of our focus, energy and time. From Johan’s reminder on the importance of building data products that lead to real business value, via Sofia’s insights on how to be strategic and purposeful with the investments you put into AI projects, to Mattias’ dive into how to fill the data platform gap in the digital sovereign tech stack. All in all, we loved sharing our thoughts with you!
